"De kamer was gewoonweg super, alles netjes en beantwoordend aan Westerse normen. De receptie werd met zorg en klantvriendelijkheid verzorgd door Fazli en een zeer competente klassevolle heer. Pristina mag fier zijn op een dergelijk hotel waar de tevredenheid van de klant voorop staat. Ook in noodgevallen werd adequaat en met doortastendheid opgetreden en werd beroep gedaan op een medisch team. Alle eer gaat naar een meer dan voortreffelijke dienstverlening van de receptie. Laten wij tot slot het mooi ontbijt niet vergeten dat werd verzorgd door behulpzame mensen."

"Best host ever. He sent recommendations for Pristina on the first day and helped with any problems. The location is perfect, the apartment has two balconies so non-smokers are not disturbed. Check-in and check-out were very quick and easy. You could retreat to your room and have some peace and quiet or hang out with the other guest in the living room. For the price, you can't complain at all. When I'm back in Pristina, I'll stay here again."

"I had a really lovely stay in that cute pink-themed room! The bed was super comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The TV was great with lots of channels, and the room felt cozy and welcoming overall. What stood out most was the thoughtful host — they were so nice and even brought me snacks and drinks to make me feel right at home. It was such a warm touch! I definitely plan to come back next time in that area . Highly recommend!"
