De excursiebalie kan vistochten, duiktrips en bezoeken aan de lokale eilanden regelen. U heeft gratis toegang tot gemotoriseerde boten met een chauffeur aan boord en gratis vervoer naar Island en Castaway Island. U kunt er tevens voor kiezen om binnen te blijven en te smullen van een massage, manicure en pedicure of body scrub in de dagspa. Elke elitaire villa beschikt over een eigen terras met ligstoelen en perspectief op de oceaan. Ze zijn allemaal voorzien van een flatscreen-tv, een dvd-speler en een iPod-dock. Sommige ruime kamers hebben een eigen dompelbad. Het culinaire wereld biedt een schitterend decor op de oceaan en serveert het beroemde biologische rundvlees van Vanuatu, verse kreeft en de unieke diepe zeevruchtenvis. U kunt eveneens ontspannen met een cocktail in de loungebar. Er is 3 avonden per week entertainment in de avond. Gasten van het Eratap Beachfront Resort kunnen op verzoek gratis gebruikmaken van vervoer van/naar de luchthaven. De accommodatie ligt op 20 minuten rijden van het centrum van Port Vila. Er zijn dagtochten beschikbaar naar de eilanden, waaronder de eilanden Tanna, Santo en Pentecost. De dagelijkse pendelbus naar Port Vila is inbegrepen (vertrekt om 10:0010:00 en keert terug om 13:0013:00).

"Great resort - very tranquil and relaxing. The rooms are good size and plenty of activities for a couple night stay. Paddle boarding, kayaking, tennis, gym, spa, and tennis all onsite with additional complimentary daily activities offered. The team they have at Eratap are what really makes it a great place to stay - so friendly and welcoming."

"What a great surprise this find is, staying with a local community and eating the traditional food ,only 25mins walk to a private beach and 10min walk to the ash fields . Here the rumble of the mountain like its a distant thunder storm. The kids will show you around with great enthusiasm. And all being close to the volcano and hot springs and the hosts will arrange any other activities and transports needed , This is the real deal don't miss out . Ps look after Max well we will return ."

"- The location is great with absolutely fantastic snorkelling out the front (felt very safe and I’m not a strong swimmer) - use of Kayaks an added bonus - refreshing to cool off in the pool or relax in a hammock - the villas are clean and user friendly, very comfortable bed, excellent wifi and aircon highly valued -Michael is a champion with a friendly smile, excellent local knowledge and nothing we asked about was a hassle or too much trouble!
