"Very kind staff. The smaller room with a window and the nice shower. I was able to enter the hotel after midnight coming by train from Nha Trang. Room cleaning every day. it is nearby a big market selling everything."

"The location is excellent - close to everything you need. It’s affordable, the staff are nice, and the space is kept very clean. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with a bathtub and great-quality towels. I also appreciated having a wardrobe and a desk in the room, plus the convenience of an elevator."

"I noticed a lot of people in the comments complaining about the window situation. My advice: check the room description carefully before booking. I stayed in a room without a window and it wasn’t an issue for me, since I spent most of the day outside — and the AC is strong enough to keep the room comfortable. What I did agree with is that the walls are thin and not soundproof. Unfortunately, during my stay, a group/family was occupying multiple rooms on the same floor, keeping their doors open and talking loudly across the hallway (especially over the weekend). On top of that, you can hear the housekeeper dragging things along the corridor. Overall: Despite the noise issue, I think this place offers very good value for money, especially considering the location, cleanliness, and room comfort."

"Great hotel with great staff, they were also very helpful (even provided us with a scale to weight our bags for the airport). At the end of our stay though we were asked to pay for water bottles we took our room’s fridge, even though they did not tell us there would be fees when we arrived. When we explained the situation to them, though, they apologised and said they would tell the manager to put signs in the room to mention that the water bottles are not for free (like they can be in some other hotels in Vietnam). But regardless of this we are still satisfied with our stay and we would recommend this hotel to travellers."
