Villa's op de Noordelijke Marianen

"Het is een prachtig huis, van alles voorzien. Wij waren met ons gezin van 8 volwassenen en een baby en er was voldoende ruimte voor iedereen. Het huis ligt in een rustig, smal straatje op loopafstand van verschillende winkeltjes en (afhaal)restaurants. Het was voor ons een perfecte uitvalsbasis om Malta te leren kennen!"

"Gerçekten çok güzel bir ev. Ev sahibi de gayet ilgiliydi. Yataklar temiz ve rahattı. Mutfakta yeterince gereç vardı. Bahçesi çok güzeldi."

Çamaşır makinesi değişmeli diye düşünüyorum. Çalışıyor fakat biraz fazla gürültülü ve çok uzun süre de yukarı. Banyo için komple bi değişiklik olabilir. Özellikle kış ayları için daha ısınabilir hale getirilebilir. Fakat yine de her şey çok iyiydi.

"Heerlijk Šašlykas kunnen maken op de patio. Heel fijn om een volledige keuken te hebben met zelfs een goeie vaatwasser. Het was super fijn om veel ruimte te hebben voor ons zoontje om te spelen."

De hygiëne viel hier en daar een beetje tegen, al had ik wel begrepen dat er door de late uitcheck van de vorige gasten weinig tijd was om schoon te maken voordat wij kwamen. Jammer dat het bad er niet meer was, maar wel vervangen met een goeie massage cabine douche!

"Gastheer en gastvrouw waren heel erg aardig, de koelkast was goed gevuld en we konden gebruik maken van alles wat de tuin te bieden had, van leuke zitjes tot aan het fruit van de bomen. Ook de ligging in een woonwijk was helemaal niet storend, dat had je echt niet door als je in de tuin was."

De badkamer is aan de kleine kant en kan wel wat moderner en mag wat meer gemak bieden.

"Everything was just beautiful. We had hot weather but it was cool inside and the pool was great. Thé location was close to Normanville for morning swims. We loved the surrounding gardens and eating outside under the grapevines. Everything was good quality and well thought out. It was friendly and relaxing. We loved the personal art and objects collection around the house and the way it was so carefully restored. It was a privilege to be able to stay there with our friends from Sweden who also loved the experience."

"Idealne miejsce na rodzinny wypoczynek! Domek położony tuż przy polu golfowym, z pięknymi widokami i mnóstwem przestrzeni do relaksu. W środku czysto, bardzo dobrze wyposażony – niczego nam nie brakowało. Cisza, spokój i pełen komfort sprawiły, że mogliśmy naprawdę odpocząć. Świetna lokalizacja i warunki zarówno dla dorosłych, jak i dzieci. Zdecydowanie polecam – na pewno tu wrócimy!"

"Lovely place.. super modern, well designed, mod cons, all new, spotlessly clean detached home in the peaceful and bougie suburbs of the city.. Very comfortable, with great natural light. Lots of great modern facilties for eg the warm air in the bathroom. The process was seamless and experience was faultless. The pictures are a true and fair representation."

This place is fantastic, so reluctant to put neg things here! The following tweaks would have made it perfect! A well placed (thicker) hedge at the front could provide more privacy for the small patio area which sits at front of the house (roadside). Shops and restaurants nearby. The facilities are really modern so was surprised no dimmer switch on lights. A lamp could help with soft lighting. More translated material for non Japanese. English in my case.

"The house was very charming. The views were gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace! The kitchen was outfitted with lots of dishes, serving dishes, utensils and everything you can think of. We appreciated that."

The kitchen was very cold. The hot tub was older and had a bit of a musty smell and all the jets didnt work. But it was great to have it in a screened in porch. Theres only 1 main bathroom and 1 ensuite. So if you dont mind people walking into your bedroom to get to the 2nd bathroom.

The location is a bit out of the way. Only one shop was nearby. So if you rent, it’s better to have your own means of transportation.

"wij hebben genoten,sleutel opgehaald en de verhuurder is in de auto gestapt en naar ons appartement gebracht,alles laten zien en uitleg gegeven heerlijk was de locatie in arco het was er rustig en als je de onderdoor buiten was je gelijk in de gezellige winkel en eetgelegenheden straatjes,gaan zeker nog een keer terug"

The bathroom.. Especially the one upstairs was not functioning and was not functional. It was spoiled and one had to use a bucket of water to flash. The breakfast provided was quite basic and not worth it.

"Schönes Haus . Gute Lage. Nicht weit zum Zentrum. Bus um die Ecke. Schlafzimmer und Bäder top. Im EG großes Wohn- und Esszimmer. Alles wie auf den Bildern."

Die Küche hat nur einen kleinen Unterbaukühlschrank. Das ist arg klein. Geschirr, Tassen und Gläser gab es reichlich, aber leider keine Töpfe. (nur eine kleine Pfanne) Da sollte unbedingt mal ein Topf Set angeschafft werden.

There are no mosquito nets. When you don’t like using AC it could be a problem.

"Ontvangst door Dave was heel fijn. Vertelde ons uitgebreid wat we in de omgeving konden doen. De accomodatie was fantastisch. Heel rustig, uitkijkend op de berg. Een heerlijk zwembad. Kortom, als we daar nog een keer zijn, dan twijfel ik geen moment, dit gaan we weer boeken."

"The location, setting, aesthetics, service, views, everthing was excellent! The property is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. It served as the perfect setting for 5 of us boys to kickback and give the much needed relaxation to our bodies. The views of Machapuchare and Annapurna II & IV are mindblowing and I recommend catching the sunrise over them. The kitchen is well equipped and the house has been done up tastefully. It's less than 1 hour away from the city and is an excellent getaway. Can't wait to be back to this property."
