"Geweldige locatie op 2 min loopafstand van het strand. Grote goede bedden met gordijnen, airco, eigen ventilator, voldoende stopcontacten, grote handdoek, goede ruimte regen douche en apart toilet, aardig personeel (spreken alleen niet heel goed engels) ruimte om te zitten waar je kan roken, ontbijt simpel maar prima; watermeloen, banaan, 3 sneetjes brood en een omelet (soms iets anders in de plaats) pindakaas, boter en koffie/thee. Goed kussen en eigen kluisje bij je bed. Gemeenschappelijke ruimte om te zitten. Verbeterpuntjes; haken in de kamers om bijvoorbeeld je handdoek aan te hangen, gezamenlijke koelkast om drinken in te bewaren."

"Een super mooi hostel! Heel erg blij met de airco, schone en warme douche en de privacy die je met de gordijnen hebt. Ook had elk bed z’n eigen fan en locker. Ik kom graag terug tijdens hoog seizoen!"

"Beds are big considering they are dorm beds, each bed has a personal fan, safe, electrical outlets, and a curtain that wraps around the bunk. There is air conditioning in the room and they provide you with a large towel!"

"Not any hooks to hang up towel or wet swimsuit which would make a huge difference, and there was no soap provided in the bathroom."

"This is a very bougie hostel with great design. The interior is lovely and boutiquey and very easy on the eye. I loved the double bed design - every detail very well thought out. Piping hot water and ice cold a.c. Carabina was very kind and helpful ."

"Every thing! This has been the most luxurious hostel I've stayed at in Zanzibar. Clean bathroom, hot shower, large dorm beds, AC, safe box, lovely common area, beautiful garden, friendly people, on top of that the price. The value for money is crazy!!"

"Great place to stay just a couple of minutes walk away from the beach and many restaurants. Comfy beds with privacy curtains. All beds have a safe to store your valuables, anyways there is 24h staff within the entrance so you feel safe. I was happy with the breakfast. Very lovely staff. Cute cat and kittens :) Great place to meet other travelers. Internet is okay."

"The beds are very wide and extremely comfortable. There are the curtains around each bed that provide extra privacy. The hostel is very clean, and the interior design is tasteful and cozy. The staff were friendly, kind and always ready to help. Another big advantage is that the hostel has its own generator, so even when there are frequent power outages, it doesn’t affect the stay."
