Het Urcu wordt door een familie beheerd en is een klein en vriendelijk hotelcomplex met traditionele Turkse accommodatie. Het is centraal gepositioneerd op het epicentrum van Kaleici, het oude Antalya. Het accommodatie is in 2015 gerenoveerd en gevestigd in een oud, maar schitterend gerestaureerd historisch herenhuis met veel originele architectonische kenmerken. Etablissement Urcu heeft in totaal 12 ruime kamers. Elke kamer is eenvoudig ingericht in een traditionele Turkse stijl. Sommige accommodaties ter beschikking stellen visueel spektakel op het aquatische ontspanningszone. Het hotelstructuur heeft een heel gunstige ligging voor het verkennen van de historische bezienswaardigheden van Kaleici, evenals het toeristische centrum met zijn vele winkels, restaurants en bars. Het Konyaalti-strand en het Antalya Museum liggen op ongeveer 20 minuten met de tram. Het busstation van Antalya ligt op 7,5 km en de luchthaven van Antalya ligt op 16 km van de accommodatie.

"Top hotel op een top locatie. Het hotel bevindt zich in het bruissende Kaleiçi en is dus heel dicht bij alles. Je hebt absoluut geen last van de luide muziek van de pubs. Onze kamer was groot en heel goed schoon gemaakt. De matrassen en kussens waren comfortabel. De badkamer was mooi en comfortabel. Ik zou zeker nog eens langskomen!"
"Alles viel eigenlijk heel goed mee als ik een min puntje moet geven is het de wifi. Als alle kamers vol zijn heb je problemen met de wifi."
"Alles was in orde. Ontbijtbuffet was ok. Kamers waren ruim en netjes. Zwembad was zalig. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel ligt zeer centraal, en toch was het zeer rustig gelegen."

"We have had much better breakfast in other places; nicer cheeses and more fruit and veg. The only available coffee was Nescafé. But we were not charged for the few times we had breakfast there, and they gave us complementary water - so this is no complaint! It would be nice to have had good low-level bedside lamps for reading and plugs for USB charging"

"It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located at the very seaside. The beach is clean and has a lot of space. The owner and the guys at reception are very friendly and helping. The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others."
