"Het was erg kindvriendelijk. Leuke activiteiten voor ons baby van 16 maanden gehad. Maar ook de faciliteiten buiten het hotel waren best veel en heel leuk om gebruik van te maken. Buiten dat vonden we ook dat het personeel (vooral guest relations naast de receptie) ons heel goed hebben geholpen met vragen en ook begeleid (vooral Fatima). Ze stuurde ons elke dag een bericht of we iets nodig hadden en hield rekening met ons). Ook het eten was best ruime keuze en divers maar ook heel lekker!!"

"We hebben een leuke tijd gehad in Kremlin Palace! Alles was goed verzorgd: van de faciliteiten tot de netheid en de gezellige sfeer. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Fatima heeft ons echt uitstekend geholpen, waardoor we ons extra welkom voelden. Het eten mocht van ons wel iets beter, maar dat heeft onze vakantie absoluut niet minder leuk gemaakt. Wij komen hier zeker terug!"

"Prachtig sprookjesachtig park, geweldige zwembaden, kamers en bedden top. Personeel ook super aardig en attent. Zo kregen we een avond in het Mexicaanse restaurant aangeboden, zonder dat we daarnaar hadden gevraagd. Deze avond was fantastisch!"

"Ook een kwestie van smaak, maar de centrale eetgelegenheden vonden wij erg groot en druk. Qua eten zie je door de bomen het bos bijna niet, en als je een keuze hebt kunnen maken is er, ondanks de enorme ruimte en aantal tafels, bijna geen onbezet plekje te vinden. Kortom: vooral daar ervaar je de enorme massa."

Everything from the service to the atmosphere made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful, which made a big difference to my overall experience. I only wish I had the chance to stay here during the summer season as well, as I imagine it would be even more beautiful and enjoyable. I would certainly be happy to return in the futu"

"Even though 29C water temperature was written on information boards, Outdoor swimming pools were much colder than ocean temperature, and certainly didn’t feel like 29C. Families with kids to be mindful of this or you have shivering kids 🙂"

"Guests were ‘booking’ the seaside beds from early morning by leaving their towels for their families and groups who would come much later. So even in the morning the seaside beds closest to the sea would be ‘occupied’ (by leftover towels)."
