"Algehele indruk was geweldig. Groot hotel, grote bezetting en toch niet echt druk. Het eten was voortreffelijk, lekker en gevarieerd. Het personeel héél vriendelijk, zowel de staf als het onderhoudspersoneel en de obers. Wat klantvriendelijkheid betreft kunnen veel hotels hier een voorbeeld aan nemen. Het zwembad heb ik zelf niet kunnen gebruiken door een medisch probleem, maar ook dat zag er zeer goed verzorgd en onderhouden uit."

"Er is hier en daar toch ook wel te merken dat het hotel tekenen vertoont van aftakeling. Sommige deuren zijn écht wel versleten en hebben nood aan opfrissing. De kamers zijn licht verouderd en kunnen ook opfrissing gebruiken, maar ondanks dat wordt alles prima onderhouden."

"Not very clean common toilets around sea/pools and inside the hotel, old furnitures doors in the rooms and common areas. Hotel needs some investment and improvement. Some stuff behaviors were not very friendly, they could be more smiling and also enjoying what they are doing."

"I went for my birthday and they made my entire stay special with little gifts and bed art. My second time staying here and the quality of the room service, customer service and food hasn’t dropped at all. All the staff were nice and welcoming."

"Unfortunately we went a few days before the season started to the beach bar opened on my last day but in peak season everything is open."

"Good hotel for what we paid, the stuff was very nice, the food was good, the beach is clean and sandy. Some good à la carte restaurant options if you want to change from the buffet. There is a bar next to beach so always easy to get refreshments. They have tennis courts, beach volleyball, other water sports, so overall many things to do during the day. Overall, we had a good stay!"

"Staying at Kaya was a great experience. The hotel is nice the rooms are spacious and the food is really good too! Moreover the staff has been absolutely brilliant. Everyone is kind, smiling, trying to do the extra mile for the guests. They really made us belive that we are their friends and they care about us. Seriously can't name a single thing we didn't like! Thank you guys was an amazing experience!"

"If I really had to find something I would say they could have tissues in the rooms. The hotel next door is playing very loud music throughout the night but that didn't bother as much."

"Sometimes events planning was weird, e.g. Octoberfest party starts at 12:30 and ends at 15:00... Why? And of course there are no tents or places to hide when there is +30C outside. And maybe have two kinds of beer - normal and craft? SPA is very expensive."

"One of the best price/value hotel we have ever been. Great location, private beach with sunbeds always available. The staff were always helpful and kind. Food was great and the main restaurant was big enough to enjoy the dinner without a crowd."
