"Als je een gevoelige slaper ben moet je hier niet slapen wat wel overigens voor heel Oludeniz geldt. De stad is overspoelt met buitenlandse toeristen (vooral gefocust op de Engelse toeristen). Als je Turkse vibes zoek moet je überhaupt niet naar dit stadje."

"De tuin is zo mooi en prettig. Als je entree van het hotel vanaf het strand neemt dan is de overgang zo opvallend van drukte en lawaai en warmte naar deze super mooie tuin. De medewerkers zijn enorm aardig en hebben geen aangeleerde Horeca-smile: het zijn echt vriendelijke mensen. Het restaurant is goed en betaalbaar en bij het ontbijt lijkt het wel of je jarig bent. Een aanrader."

"Het hotel ligt aan het strand en ligt naast een cafe dat graag na 21 uur harde muziek draait tot 01AM . Ik zou toch opnieuw boeken. Het dakterras voor het ontbijt geeft een geweldig uitzicht op de honderden paragliders die voor het hotel landen. En wat oude disco muziek van de buren kan de pret niet drukken. Daarnaast is de tuin en de kamer echt wel prima en de medewerkers zijn Top!"

"De service van het personeel tot aan het management was altijd paraat, echt een topteam! Ze waren altijd te bereiken en konden mij van heel goed advies voorzien voor wat ik kon doen in de buurt. Wat ik ook heel fijn vond was dat de locatie midden tussen alle toeristische trekpleisters lag, waardoor ik altijd snel op een locatie kon aankomen. Tot slot was het ideaal dat Jade Residence hele lekkere ontbijt-, lunch- en dinermenu’s heeft."

"We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect — right on the promenade, with plenty of restaurants and bars around, and a bus stop just outside (Fethiye bus every 5 minutes). There are also a few beach clubs only a short walk away. The hotel itself is beautiful, very green and peaceful, with cozy, spotless rooms where towels are changed daily. You don’t hear the noise from the promenade, which makes it even more relaxing. The on-site restaurant was very good too. Most importantly, the host was absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!"

"The main hôtel was delightful and the swimming pool area is gorgeous (amazing decor and plants) and a haven of tranquility right by the bustling sea front. We decided to spend time there rather than the beach as it was so enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and clean. A/c worked well and the bathroom is modern and well functioning with a good shower. We rented a car and just be mindful to come via the back entrance (we followed Google and ended up on the sea front which is the wrong place). Parking was easy as they park your car in their private alley. Very convenient. Breakfast was great and copious. Breakfast is on their rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the landing of paragliders in the morning."

"The only downside is the proximity to the beach, in the evening you hear the club music quite loudly on some nights."

"It was excellent in all the right ways - charming, a little old fashioned, comfy beds, quiet pool area, a book exchange, excellent air con and WiFi. A short stroll took us to the very busy and bustling strip and the Jade was a peaceful haven to retreat back to. The staff could not have been more helpful. Lunch served by the pool everyday was an unexpected bonus."

"Only slight negative - and the emphasis here is on slight - the music from the strip is loud but shuts down at 1pm. It didn’t bother us."

"The Jade Residence is a hidden gem in the heart of busy Oludeniz. It is a little bit old fashioned, charming and comfortable. The aircon works well, the beds are comfortable, the shower great with lovely products (Le Labo iykyk). The staff could not be more helpful. A single bed was added to one room at the last minute and they helped us to organise a lovely sunset boat trip. If you exit the hotel onto the seafront you have all the facilities at your fingertips - great activities, bars, fun shopping. And then you can retreat into the lovely Jade Residence. Great breakfast too."

"It didn’t bother us at all but the music from the bars is quite loud. It doesn’t last all night and definitely didn’t affect our stay."
