"je hebt altijd personeel die je kan helpen, locatie is ook fijn. Dichtbij de metro en een winkelcentrum. Ik ben ook vaker in dit hotel geweest, ik vind het een fijn hotel."
"Het personeel in de nacht vond ik minder bekwaam, ook bij het uitchecken was hij niet op de hoogte van de procedure om de borg terug tr krijgen. Dit heb ik achteraf telefonisch nog moeten regelen. het personeel overdag is zeer bekwaam en loste het probleem dan ook direct voor mij op."

"The hotel is ideally situated for travellers who do not want to depend on the heavy trafic. But prefer metro. Is is very easy to get to the airport. The hotel has confortable rooms, with all amenities. But more importantly, it has a great staff at the reception desk. There is a difference between good and exceptional hotels. The young lady who did our check in and check out made this difference with her kindness and empathy. She is a real asset for the hotel."
