"De ligging en uitzicht op de zee en burcht op Hammamet. Hotel heeft een wellness centrum wat een meerwaarde is. Ook het dienstmeisje Jalilla was heel aangenaam en super vriendelijk."
"Moeilijk verbinding via internet in de kamers. Ik ben reeds meerdere keren naar The Sindbad geweest en telkens neem ik behandelingen in de Spa Five Sense. Omdat ik zelf eigenaar ben van een wellness centrum ben ik dan ook wat kritischer. Het personeel daar vind ik wat te lax en loom. Veel kleine details maken de behandelingen niet af. Zoals een glaasje water of tasje thee bij ontvangst of bij het einde van de behandeling. Je laten omkleden in de omkleed ruimte en niet in de massage ruimte waar er geen plaats is om je kleren te leggen. Dit zijn allemaal kleine details, voor de ene persoon belangrijk en voor een ander misschien totaal niet van belang ;)"
"The hotel is lovely and really well placed As we were there in Winter the beach was vitialky non existant because if the tide but in rhe summer you can walk al9ng the beach to the Medina. The food in the restaurant was very good and the staff was fantastic. The most friendly and professional waiters we ever encountered. Jalila the housekeeper was exceptional too and she cleaned the rooms spotlessly every day. The rooms were quiet and beds super comfy. Overall a great hotel. We will retun for sure.."

"We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Sindbad in Hammamet. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their smiles and warm hospitality. A special thank you to Mr. Ramzi Chelbi, the booking manager, for his professionalism and kindness throughout our stay. The breakfast and beach staff were always friendly and helpful, making every part of the day enjoyable. A special mention must go to our amazing room service lady, Liela — she greeted us every morning with a big smile and kind words, making our stay even more comfortable. Starting the day with her positive energy was a real highlight. The hotel is beautiful, relaxing, and the service is outstanding. We highly recommend it and would definitely return!"

"Wonderful apartment. Clean, comfortable, stylish. Large parking. Very friendly host. He even served us a light breakfast, which is rare for an apartment. The only thing I would add is a microwave in addition to the electric grill in the apartment, but that's a minor detail. I would recommend this apartment to my friends."

"Lovely trogdolyte hotel with welcoming staff. Easy to get to and you can park right in front of the entrance. We took two rooms for a family of six and had more than enough space. The manger brought us milk, water, and dates after he learned that we were fasting for Ramadan. For the following morning, he prepared for us breakfast in advance so we could eat in our rooms for pre-dawn meal to start our fast. The following morning, a different manager was there and he gave my son big chunks of Desert Rose crystals and even brought us extra water (without us asking) to take along for the next leg of our journey. We are very happy that we chose to stay here."
