"It's a very cosy apartment. The area is full of restaurants and stores, nice location. Everything in the apartment works fine. It was a nice short stay for my friend and me. The owner is very nice and communicative, very hospitable and responsive. I would definitely recommend."

"Все было хорошо. Встретились с хозяином и получил ключи, даже несмотря на то, что я опоздал по отношению к договоренному времени. Понравилось местоположение, поскольку был в командировке, а принимающая организация находится в пешей доступности. На кухне все есть, чтобы приготовить нехитрую еду. Рядом есть магазины, кафе, и все, что нужно для жизни."

"Просторные аппартаменты, чисто, уютно. Вайфай без проблем работает. напор воды в любое время суток был стабилен. Рядом продуктовый магазин. До центра недалеко, очень много электромобилей-такси. Хозяева очень приятные люди. Рекомендую эти аппаратаменты. В Душанбе была впервые."

"Отличная уютная квартира в спал ном районе. Неожиданно большая, кондиционеры в двух комнатах. Хозяйка Марина приятная русская женщина, она и её муж гостеприимно нас приняли. В квартире есть все необходимое для проживания. Нам было важно постирать вещи после похода в горы, все необходимое для этого в квартире есть. Через дорогу большой КФС, в округе продают вкусные арбузы)"

"Before visiting Asham I thought I had problems with sleeping, but in this place you REALLY have a good rest. Gusar village is 25 min far from Penjikent by car (you can catch the one near the M.Bashoro mosque in Penjikent), the guesthouse is situated in the Asham store building. There is a local market, grocery stores and marshrutka stop near. My dormitory was very big and clean, bed was extra-comfortable, window view was the best ever (mountains). The shower is inside the dormitory, it s very convinient! Hot water 24/7, towels and slippers, kettle and cups are provided. Room was much better than photos on booking, so if you are looking for the comfort and calmness Asham is what you need. But be informed that on Saturdays and Sundays a noisy tajik weddings can be held in the building. Anyway it is a good opportunity to see tajik wedding)) It`s ok if you make photos and dance with guests)) Staff was so kind and hospitable, if you have any problem or question, just ask)"
