"We enjoyed every single moment in this classy Villa. The Seaview is stunning and the Sunset is spectacular. Everything in the Villa - from the fine furniture to the big kitchen is high standard an well chosen by taste. The whole place is well maintained. Patrick the Owner is a really nice guy who took care of us very well - while keeping enough distance to ensure our full privacy. Every question and inquiry we had was answered on short hand. "We were perched on top of a hill with spectacular ocean views. The local beach and beach restaurant is spectacular. A lady came to the Villa each morning to cook us breakfast and do some light cleaning. There are three bedrooms all with their own ensuites… perfect for groups of couples or families… great value."

"It is quite a distance from shops, restaurants and massage parlours etc so you really need a car to get around. That said the contact given to us by the owner delivered the car and came and got it, no hassles. We did need to pay for the electricity we used which was 2,000 Baht for 4 days."

"Patrick is an excellent host who went above and beyond to take care of us during our stay. The villa is beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. The view of the ocean is wonderful, and visible from most rooms in the house. We particularly enjoyed the patio and private pool!"

"This is an amazing villa - but the luxury of quiet, spacious privacy also means that this property is not centrally located. It’s an 8-10 minute walk to the beach, and any excursions are a taxi ride away. However, this didn’t stop us from having a great time and the walk to the beach is interesting in its own right."
