"Aan het strand, mooi zwembad . Heel groot appartement met wasmachine en airconditioning in de woonkamer en slaapkamer. Koelkast met vriesvak. Groot balkon met 2 tuinstoelen en 2 ligstoelen. Aan de rechtse kant zit op het strand een gezellig strandtentje met lekker eten."

"De faciliteiten die booking.com beschreef zijn er niet. Er is geen gym, geen restaurant, geen animatie, geen tafeltennis etc. De badkamer is verouderd en het is een klein straaltje water uit de douche. De eigenaar Alexander helpt je waar hij kan. Voor onze 2 kinderen werden opklapbedden in de woonkamer geplaatst. Er is geen schoonmaak tussendoor dat hebben we zelf bij geboekt. We hadden een auto gehuurd via Alexander en dat heb je wel nodig, want je zit te ver van de restaurants etc af."

"the apartments are well equipped, the owner is extremely customer-oriented, always in touch. the location is beyond praise. its own beach, the pool is clean, there is a picturesque yacht marina nearby. the view from the balcony on the high floor is exciting !"

"From beginning to end, the best part of this booking was Alexander, the owner, who assisted in answering any questions prior to our arrival, booked our transfers for us and ultimately provided a free upgrade to a deluxe apartment for which we were grateful. On the apartment side, all was catered for in terms of needs, although we did not self cater, but rather use the excellent cuisine at the Thai beach restaurant which is only 200 metres away. Shops are about 1km away, supermarket, pharmacy and ATM machines for cash withdrawals. The swimming pool down stairs is large and clean. Loungers are available downstairs from the pool caretaker. There are cushions in the flat to use on the loungers. We enjoyed our stay, lucky to have only 1 day of rain during our 10 days."

"There is a lack of shade and we used the trees on the beach. May I suggest to Alexander in providing a beach umbrella for guests in future, I am sure it would be appreciated."

"We wanted a peaceful location, spaceful room, balcony with the sea view and a swimming pool with beach access and Sunshine Beach Condotel offered us all we wanted. It was easy to take a taxi to Pattaya city for shopping and dining but we had very nice dinners also on nearby restaurants on the beach. On the beach you can also find excellent massage. Our host was very friendly and helped us f.ex with the airport-transport and always answered promptly if we had any questions and offered his assistance and information."
