"We had a great stay at the Hawane Resort! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Meals were excellent! The resort itself was just what we needed - we were comfortable, but it wasn't so luxurious that it didn't feel like a bush getaway."

"The spa services could have been a little more professional and readily available. Wifi is only available from 08:00 to 20:00, and needs constant login. But theses were such minor details - our stay was really great."

The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist when needed. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. "Nothing specially on hospitality, just a risk proposal relating to fire risk management considering the design of the accomdation, and fire extinguishing equipment noted at the time of visit, i think that can be improved to protect the property. [email protected]"

"Weak WiFi that continuously disconnected, appeared to be turned off after around 21:00hrs and did not come on before we checked out at 06:30. Particularly important as we only had one night in Eswatini and did not have a mobile network SIM & connection ."
