"Keurig appartement in een (voormalig?) winkelpand/kantoor. Inrichting keurig en strak. Apart slaapgedeelte en woonkamer/keuken. Airco aanwezig. Dichtbij station en centrum prima aan te lopen."
"Bij appartementen op de begane grond heb je toch vaak last van voorbijgangers, mensen die gezellige praatjes met elkaar beginnen precies voor jouw deur. Maar gelukkig is de slaapkamer aan de achterzijde."

"The apartment is on the ground floor, with only a glass wall separating the living room from the street. I did not enjoy my interactions with the owner. When I asked for an early check-in, the owner replied with a reminder of the check-in time. The owner requests a tourist tax of 3.13€ per night, which must be paid in cash. When I told him that this does not apply to me since I am a Slovenian resident, he replied in Slovenian but did not answer my question."

"The overhead lights in the bathroom and the bedroom were flickering constantly, but there was enough light coming from tbe hallway it wasn't an issue for us. Probably just needs a little maintenance check."
"The apartment is a former office in the ground floor, but to be honest the street is very calm and quiet. It's easy to find a parking spot in the street, altough is not cheap. Very close distance to the train station and to the city center (10-15 minutes) The apartment is in a good state. Keys are retreived from a locker using a Pincode."

The description about the parking was not clear enough, as there's no any parking spot reserved . the ownerjust suggests rto park in the street and pay the fee (all days, maximum 4 hours) or to pay the parking in the train station. The sleeping couch was not conformatble at all. The bed was fine."
