"Het prachtige uitzicht vanaf de kamer, het ontzettend lekker eten,zowel het ontbijt als het avondeten, en het zeer vriendelijk personeel. Dikke dankjewel aan Gerard en Amanda die ons altijd hielpen, klaarstonden voor een praatje en zelfs de coctail om 18u30 elke dag naar onze kamer brachten. We kregen ook een cadeautje mee naar huis vanuit de eigen tuin en kregen de eerste avond oordopjes voor de overlast van de kippen smorgens. De taxirit naar de accomodatie en naar de ferry zijn inbegrepen dus dat is zeer fijn! Bij aankomst stond er water koud in de frigo en kregen we een welkomstdrankje. We konden gratis een late check-out doen dus dat was top!"

"De kamer heeft geen deur naar het verblijf dus iedereen kan (in principe) in en uitlopen. Ook stond het wc papier gewoon op de rand van de balustrade zodat het altijd een verassing was als er smorgens iets in het rolletje zat of niet. De stappen naar de kamer zijn niet verlicht (of wij hebben dit niet gevonden?) dus het licht van je gsm komt goed van pas en in de badkamer is 1 lichtpeertje waardoor, in het donker, het niet mogelijk is je op te maken savonds. Denk eraan dat de weg naar de accomodatie zeer stijl is en dat dit toch wel een bekliming is na een dagje fietsen en zwemmen, zelfs voor mensen die regelmatig sporten en midden 20 zijn."

"Bij aankomst vol verrast van die adembenemende plek bij Gerard en zijn lieve team. Wij hebben in 3 verschillende kamers mogen slapen en alle 3 was een hele andere ervaring. Ontbijt is goed en voldoende en dinner was het vis & kip met rijst en groente, het was elke dag heerlijk! We voelde ons erg thuis"

"De berg die we op moest klimmen die best stijl was maar met af en toe een rust pauze komt het zeker wel goed. In de standaard tweepersoonskamer geen airco en het was best warm en oordoppen in want je hoort de hanen heel luid de hele nacht en ook de hondjes."

"Cats on the beds / in our rooms at night without any option to close our room to protect ourselves against them. Rooster and chickens were rather noisy during the night."

"What a fabulous place. The staff are superbly welcoming and the property itself is full of charm and character. Yes it’s a steep climb up the path to get here (though you get free transfers from the jetty with your luggage) but it’s most definitely worth it. Fabulous meals and a few drinks thrown in too. Wonderful place on a charming island"

"It’s very remote and located in the beautiful garden. The food is very tasty and it is prepared from fresh ingredients from the garden. Room itself was amazing, we were lucky ang got upgraded to the bigger apartment with an excellent view. Owner was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place very much."

"It’s like staying in the middle of the jungle treetops. Absolutely fantastic! Especially staying in the open rooms like Sinbad! It comes with all of the jungle one should have in mind. The sounds, early light and warm breeze comes with the package which add to the charm😉"

"It’s a 100 meters above sea level so after beach includes a steep walk but you also get the view and ambiance afterwards so not really complaining. Good food but a bit repetitive if you’re staying more than two nights."
