"Goede ligging in het centrum vlakbij allerlei supermarkten en restaurants. Kamers zijn mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Erg vriendelijk personeel en kan alles voor je regelen."

"Ontbijt zou iets beter kunnen worden bijgevuld na 9 uur. Ik snap dat ze niet te veel willen weggooien om 9.30 uur, maar nu waren sommige dingen (zo goed als) op."

"We had a great stay overall. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was clean, the shower pressure was great, there was also a Dyson hairdryer (my wife was over the moon). AC and small fridge working well. The location is perfect in downtown Koror, with a great (probably the best) coffee shop - RUR cafe just next door. Rent a car company across the road, bus stop 50m up the road. Convenience store and ATM also across the road. The hotel has its own parking, so that was convenient as well. Bubble tea shop around the corner. The hotel can organise all tours for you with pick up and drop off from the lobby."

"The buffet breakfast options were a bit disappointing, despite the amazing muffins! Overall the hotel left a bit worn and in need of refreshment, but seems like that is common in Palau."

"Two young beautiful ladies Rielle and Eleen are very nice and helpful. Rielle helped me to reserve a golden jellyfish tour on the date of my arrival and it made me to see the jellyfish successfully."

"In particular the very friendly staff made my stay so nice. Always with a smile and a friendly greeting as you passed the reception area. The most friendly staff at any hotel I have ever stayed at made my stay exceptional. The room was clean, plenty of hot water in the shower beds were comfortable."
