"De luxe en verblogen tijden aspect met alle details. Super goed uigebreid ontbijt in een mooie ontbijtruimte. Zwembad heerlijk. Genoeg zitjes buiten en binnen om te relaxen. De host, nog een jong meisje deed alkes voortreffelijk. Strand aan te lopen ongeveer 20 minuten."
"Je zit wat afgelegen, dus niet echt een gezellig centrum om aan te lopen. Maar dat weet je!!! Een paar restaurants, enkele maar bepaalde dagen open. Bedden lagen heerlijk, maarde kussen hadden een rasr geurtje"

"A treat for the latter part of our week long Camino Adventure, sadly cut short due to a badly sprained ankle meant we had to check into our accommodation early. Both Fatima and Vanessa were more than accommodating, where they had kindly upgraded our room to one of the outer buildings adjacent to the swimming pool. The quality and history with attention to detail is all around, from the furnishings, beautiful linen, fixtures and fittings to the luxurious grounds, green lawns with running water features. A true oasis amongst a beautiful coastal region of North Portugal. Our breakfast experience was exceptional, with a fantastic selection of cereals, buffet style continental and cooked breakfast on offer."

"This is a lovely place to stay, we were greeted by Vanessa she was very lovely. We had a long day of walking the Camino, so we could not wait to rest. It was very quiet, the pool was amazing to relax in good for a joints after the walk. The amazing breakfast spread!!!! The cakes and tart are all home made. I would come back to actually stay for a holiday. Enjoyed it very much, home is lovely, clearly has history."

"De gastvrijheid van Luis en Christine, we kregen erg veel leuke tips tijdens het ontbijt. Spreken goed Engels en zijn erg behulpzaam. Het is een mooi verblijf in een oud huis met een erg fijn zwembad en rustige locatie!"
