"Wat een ongelofelijk mooie plek! Zeezicht is echt (echt) de moeite waard.. De golven die tegen de rotsen slaan bekijken vanaf je balkonnetje met een kop koffie. Priceless! Personeel super vriendelijk / behulpzaam. Zeer ruime parkeerplaats. Kamer keurig en heel schoon. En je loopt zo het stadje in. De ligging van het hotel is echt geweldig! Het ontbijt is heerlijk, meer dan voldoende keuze en vers. Het op zich niet al te grote hotel heeft twee top restaurants, Een super plek!"

"De lift naar de verdiepingen heeft wat onderhoud nodig. Soms kom je niet uit op de verdieping waar je heen wilt. Geen groot probleem maar wel apart."

"Fantastic location! Couldn’t get any closer to the sea. Lovely staff at check in & upgraded our room due to my IPrefer status. Great & interesting art dotted throughout & a 5 minute walk into town & next door to a fabulous new upscale marina with lots of dining & shopping choices."

"We had our wedding at the stunning Farol Hotel and from start to finish, the entire experience was flawless. Our wedding planner, Maria, was amazing, she guided us through every decision, making the planning process as stress free as possible. The venue itself is beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. We had our ceremony overlooking the sea and our reception in a private area which were both decorated beautifully. A special shout-out to the catering team. The food was spectacular, from the canapés during the cocktail hour to the main wedding meal. We received so many compliments from our guests, and everything was served efficiently and with a smile. We cannot thank enough the wedding planner, the hotel & staff and the photographer for giving us the perfect day."

"The hotel is on the rocks so no direct access to water front. Lack of outside relaxing space with shade. The bar was fine but seats uncomfortable for long periods of relaxation. The breakfast was excellent but the restaurant was all fusion cooking. My wife has an allergy to chile and hot spices so we could not eat there."

"This exceeded our expectations. Our room was wonderful, with our own private veranda. The food was fresh and beautifully presented. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. It's in a great location for exploring Cascais but felt peaceful and restful, especially by the pool. We definitely will return"

"Lovely location, stunning views and very comfortable hotel, with lots of nice touches and superb breakfasts. It is away from the town centre, which we preferred, but still very walkable and quite a lot of things (beach, galleries/museums, restaurants, parks, lighthouse, etc) are in the immediate vicinity. We appreciated it being a relatively small hotel."

"The only thing I would really fault is the rather weak wifi, in some public areas but also in our particular room. Sometimes I resorted to using data on my phone."
