Het Dom Schumannów is gevestigd in een gerenoveerd woonhuis, op slechts 15 meter van de beroemde Neptunusfontein en op 25 meter van het hof van Koning Arthur. WiFi is gratis. Alle verblijven van het Schumannów zijn ingericht in een 17e en 18e-eeuwse stijl. Elk is voorzien van designe voorzieningen, zoals een lcd-tv en thee- en koffiefaciliteiten. Het ochtendbuffet wordt elke ochtend geserveerd in het aangrenzende Pellowscy Caffe. Meer eetgesitueerdheids en bars vindt u even buiten de Dom. De receptie is 24 uur per dag bemand en u kunt er een haardroger en strijkbenodigdheden krijgen. Conciërgediensten zijn verder beschikbaar. Het Dom Schumannów bevindt zich in het centrum van de oude stad van Dantzig, op slechts 200 meter van de rivier Motlawa.

"Locatie fantastisch, personeel zeer vriendelijk, prijs/kwaliteit goed. Enige nadeel was een stank op de kamer bij binnenkomst, maar met de airco aan is dat goed te verhelpen. Voor deze prijs op die locatie moet je niet teveel zeuren."

"Superb location in the city center. Very good breakfast served in a cafe in an adjacent building (10 m). The hotel reception had no problem using English. However, at breakfast it was a bit more difficult to get answers about allergies. But the waitresses still tried their best, and everything went well. We arrived in the middle of the night, at 02:30. The reception closes at 22:00, but as promised by email, a man was awake and let us in in no time. Much appreciated at that time of day! The check-out time is quite early, already at 10:00, but when we asked the receptionist lady, there was no problem extending it by an extra hour. And when we came back from our breakfast, the lady happily told us that we could even keep our two rooms until 15:00 *without* any extra charge, since the hotel was not expecting any new guests that day. Thank you!"
"There is no elevator, so we had to use the stairs with our heavy luggage. But that's acceptable/understandable in a historical building, like Don Schumannów. There is also a bar open at night in the same building, which means you can expect some nightlife in the late hours outside the windows. There was no music, just people talking (at least on weekdays). But since it was the end of October, we kept the windows closed and were not disturbed by this at all."
