"Good place for a money we paid, perfect location, we did not expect that it is a luxury place, bed was clean, hot water, safety enough, a lot of restaurants around, near to train station. Thank you Jesus (night front desk) for being very helpful and understandable. If you are looking for something very comfortable choose another place, in case you are going for excursions and sightseeing and will come back to take shower and sleep this place exactly what you can book."

"Great location, near the train station. Breakfast was simple and tasty. The stuff was really nice and welcoming. Good place to stay for one night ( value for money) if you are heading for the Machu Picchu in the morning."

"Problems with hot water. In bathroom there are not special furniture to put shampoo, soap and other. WiFi is very bad. There are not enough electrical sockets, and unique socket is in bad condition."

"Linda la ubicación, si bien estaba cerca de la estación de tren, no fue algo q moleste. La atención del encargado muy buena! Nos ayudo con muchas cosas sobre las excursiones y viaje. La pasamos muy bien! El agua caliente excelente... Hay q dejarla q caliente un poquito!!!"

"La atención del señor recepcionista venezolano, realmente excelente, nos guió y nos aconsejo"

"La atención del otro recepcionista, poco amable y sentimos que se enojaba cuando tenía que servir el desayuno. Agua fria y se inundaba el baño ya que la cortina era muy corta, no cumplía su función. Creo deberían invertir en algo tan básico como eso. Y eso quizá generaba malestar en los empleados, que parecieran estar saturados de trabajo (lo que se resuelve contratando más personal). Las sabanas no estaban en las mejores condiciones."

"La stanza puzzava di muffa e lo si poteva vedere nei muri sia della stanza che del bagno. Andrebbe migliorato un pó e sopratutto prendersi cura di questo problema della muffa che appunto non fa affatto bene ai clienti, sopratutto perché la stanza che ci é stata data era anche senza finestre quindi anche se volevamo cambiare aria alla stanza non potevamo."
