"Het was echt perfect, het eten, de mensen, de organisatie en echt een waanzinnig mooie locatie. Kan dit echt aan iedereen aanraden!!!"

"Prachtige locatie op zo’n 5 km in de woestijn. Vriendelijke ontvangst van de driver (zonder 4wd kun je er niet komen). Heerlijk gegeten van avond buffet. Prima tent en prima bed. Ook douche en toilet waren prima (wel koude douche). Heb er heerlijk geslapen. De tenten draaien op 1 zonnepaneel en accu (220ah) dat is iets waar je rekening mee moet houden. Onbeperkt stroom verbruiken kan niet. Rest van het personeel was ook erg vriendelijk en er werd naar de gasten omgekeken. Kamp wordt gedeeld met Moonlight camp."

"Wij waren op een vrijdag en dat is de verkeerde dag om te gaan (weekend in Oman?). Er werd veel geraced in de woestijn en dat was goed te horen. Ik sliep met oordoppen in maar mijn partner niet en die heeft de nacht wakker gelegen. De ochtend werd weer vroeg gestart met brullende motoren van quads en 4wd. Er was aardig wat lichtvervuiling uit het dorp Bidiya. Hierdoor kon je de sterren niet goed zien."

"We had a wonderful stay at the camp. The tents are beautiful, clean, and provide everything you need (bathroom with toilet and shower, nice bed, electricity). The location of the camp is perfect, it feels like being in the middle of the desert. Our guide Loeiy was amazing - really helpful, a lot of fun, great english. He explained everything and made sure we had a good time. His friend Yasir was also great! Food was delicious - as our visit was during Ramadan, we even shared Iftar after sunset before enjoying a delicious dinner together. We booked the Sunset Quad Tour (really worth it!) and the camel riding which was both a lot of fun. Staying at Layali Camp was the highlight of our Oman trip - fully recommend!"

"Had two nights here, and it's fefinitely one of my favorite places to stay in Oman. The pick-up (which I would recommend) is easy, the bed very comfortable, the tent in general super cozy, and the surroundings absolutely beautiful. The breakfast and dinner was tasty, and the staff working there were all very kind and welcoming. Dawood is the best host, and I had a very fun quad-bike drive with Yasser, which I would absolutely recommend to do when staying there. I hope to come back someday!"

"Friendly owner and staff, they was always checking on us, we had a 4x4 car so they even helped us reduce air in our tires and guided to the tent from the meeting point, so we was able to bring our own car to the desert. The tent was a little bit away from the bigger camp so it was calm there and we felt like in wild desert, for dinner the guide came and took us to main camp for dinner with car so we did not needed to walk. In the morning guide guided us from desert to gas station and helped to put air back to the tires. Also in the camp there are variaty of activities you can take like sandbashing or quad bike ride."

"We were very happy to choose this desert camp. It is located deeper in the desert, not right at the entrance, so the sand is beautiful and it truly feels like a real desert. The camp is small, with only a few nearby tents, which made it quiet and peaceful. A larger camp with camels, sandboarding, and dinner was just a 5-minute walk away, so everything was close while we could stay in a more private place"

"Wonderful desert camp experience! Everything was great from start to finish, with smooth and easy communication with the host. The location is ideal, far enough from the city to truly feel immersed in the desert. With only three tents, it really feels peaceful and relaxing. Several activities are also offered, which makes the experience even better. Transfers are available, everything is well organized, and there’s absolutely nothing to complain about. I highly recommend it 100%!"
