"We were on the 5th floor and the elevator ws out of order. Understandable given the recent natural disaster. Staff ssured us it would be fixed the next day. They were very helpful porting luggage etc for our 1 night stay"

"Pool & spa was fantastic. Tiles were very slippery (we watched 4 people slip over). Excellent parking, had a lovely stay. Beds were pretty comfy. Staff were lovely and helpful."

"Great location overlooking Pilot Bay. The room had kitchen facilities, a washing machine and dryer. The bed was really comfy and the location was fantastic."

Yvette was amazing as the hostess she made sure we had everything we needed, accommodated an extra request, gave us clear and precise information on beach access, parking etc. She was very professional, helpful and friendly. "Very clean and central to the mount itself. The pool for the kids is always a hit and the spa for relaxation. Room was clean and comfortable. Your grounds are amazing and the outdoor flow as you enter the room is a fantastic touch"

"We have stayed in a lot of placed travelling with basketball and honestly I can’t find a fault at all. Probably the stay was to quick"

"Check in was so easy. The room had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The pool and spa were lovely. Easy access walkway to the beach. Our own parking spot. It was a great stay for us with our two kids. We will stay again."

"The property is in a good area to walk to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying at the Atrium. Reception was very helpful as we arrived on the day of the Mt Maunganui landslide, and the road was closed where the apartment block is. This was a very sad day for visitors and people who lived in and around Mt Maunganui."
