"I had a booking from 12 December 2025 to 13 December 2025. As per the address provided on Booking.com, I went to the mentioned location, but I could not find any signboard there. After that, I called the dormitory, and someone answered the call and shared an address with me. I went to that address as instructed, but again, there was no signboard visible. I called for the second time, but the call was not answered. After some time, I tried calling again, but there was still no response. I waited, thinking they might be busy, but I did not receive any call back. Even after calling several times later, no one answered. Eventually, I had to stay at another hotel. I found the hostel staff to be very irresponsible. Even after requesting them over the phone to send the exact hotel location to my WhatsApp number, they neither shared the location nor answered my calls afterward. I have also not received any call back until now. I found the behavior of the hostel staff to be highly unprofessional. I hope these issues will be improved for future guests."

"The Google map location was confusing, and the entrance was hard to find with no clear signboard. Their behavior and attitude at first glance were not welcoming — they seemed more focused on telling me what to do and what not to do, almost like an orientation session. The main gate closes before 10 PM, which is quite inconvenient for guests. There was no fan in the room, and they said I had to pay 200 taka extra for one. The washroom was not clean, and the breakfast was very limited — served without prior notice, with staff knocking on the door in a rush. Overall, the staff need proper training in hospitality and guest handling."

"Does what it says on the tin! Perfect for long & short stays in thamel, super good location & you can leave luggage there if you are planning on doing trekking or visiting other places in Nepal. Has kitchen facilities, free drinking water & rooms & bathrooms are kept clean. Perfect place to stay if you are travelling on a budget as well & aren’t fussed about materialistic luxuries! Very good roof views as well & the staff are lovely. They can also help you book trekking etc"
