"Dit kleinschalige hotel wordt gerund door een vriendelijk en gastvrij echtpaar. Het ontbijt is geen buffet, maar je kunt tevoren opgeven wat je wil eten. Als toetje worden er verse wafels voor je gebakken. Ook voor het diner kun je er uitstekend terecht. Het is er rustig en toch in het centrum van Vardø'."
"Het bereik van de wifi is niet tot in de kamers, maar je kunt altijd even naar de algemene ruimtes gaan, waar de wifi het wél doet."

Great location for exploring Varanger including a tour out to seabird colonies at Hornøya. Good locations for bird-watching on north and south ends of the island within walking distance. "Don't be fooled by the exterior (a bit run down) but the inside is really fantastic. The room was big and super comfortable, with a kettle and a fridge! Rally big bathroom. The bad was comfortable and i slept like a log. Unfortunate the restaurant was closed, but the host offered to cook just for me!"
