"Top locatie, pal in het centrum en tegenover de tram en bus. We hebben bijna alles te voet gedaan, of via openbaar vervoer met rechtstreekse bus of tram. Vriendelijk personeel. Heel lekker ontbijt. Ruime, lichtrijke kamer."

"Geen geluidsdichte kamer (feestmuziek tot middernacht en regelmatig openbaar vervoer geluiden), bed iets te zacht naar mijn mening. Geen gratis water of welkom snack op de kamer (gezien de zeer hoge kamerprijzen mocht dat wel, naar mijn mening)."

"De perfecte locatie, en de geweldige service. Vanaf het inchecken tot uitchecken totaan de roomservice. Sophia van de frontdesk was zo ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam ze heeft ons verblijf echt fantastisch gemaakt. Wij komen zeker terug."

"We were In room 745 and I noticed the art work was odd. But in the middle of the night when it is dark the picture is horrific to me and I feel it should be taken down. I know it’s modern art but this one should be censored. Or maybe art is in the eyes of the. Beholder!"

"From arrival to breakfast the next morning, everything exceeded expectations. Upon arrival, the bar next to the reception/lobby was buzzing with cheerful people and radiated a warm, welcoming atmosphere — a perfect start to our stay. After enjoying a couple of drinks at the bar, we headed to the second floor for dinner at the restaurant, which was a true culinary delight of the highest standard. Following a restful night’s sleep in a wonderfully comfortable bed, we were treated to an exceptionally extensive and delicious breakfast. What makes the whole experience even more special is the staff: without exception, everyone was genuinely hospitable, friendly, and attentive."
