"Can't beat the view and the northern lights! I liked how cosy the room got with the heater. The cabin seemed to have most things needed for a short stay, and the people running the place were friendly and helpful."

"A lovely family run campsite close to Svolvær and the airport, with stunning views. It was quiet and cosy and I didn’t have to wait to use the bathroom and shower while I was there. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful and I’d love to stay again one day. Bus services to Svolvær are infrequent but stop close to the campsite, and there are plenty of options to hike nearby. Our cabin was basic and cosy, with a very well equipped kitchen and even a kettle. We didn’t need anything extra."

"I couldn’t fault it. I recommend that travellers have a car, but you can survive without although it’s more difficult. 3 minutes of hot water is 5kr, and you can buy coins from reception, along with bedding and towels. The curtains let a lot of light through which was a small issue with the midnight sun!"
