"Avontuurlijke zijweg naar het verblijf. We kregen een update want in een tent slapen was toen geen optie. Dank U wel daarvoor. We hadden dus alle comfort. Ons thatched roof huisje was heel cosy en superrustig, gelegen aan de voet van Marble Mountain. Een 3-tal prachtige wandelingen gemaakt. De eigenaars waren hele lieve mensen. Ze hadden een meerkat opgevangen. Gelukkig had ze een belletje om. Daarnaast hadden ze ook een Deense Dog (een grote reus met een mantel om), en een 3-tal katten. Ontbijtbuffet en heerlijk avondbuffet samen met de andere gasten in een prachtige eetkamer. We voelden er ons heel erg thuis. Thanks Guido en Marlène"

"The family environment really makes you feel at home. The family is so nice that eats with you and share many stories. I never felt so relaxed and in peace. Must stop. Very clean, delicious food and beautiful horse back riding"

"We had a wonderful time at Etusis lodge - big thanks to Monica and Johan for taking such good care of us. The family style dinner, waterfall walk and going horse back riding were our highlights!"

"Unlike in some of the larger more corporate run lodges we had a much more intimate experience at Etusis. We were greeted by the host (and their pet meerkat 🙂) and subsequently dined with our hosts and other guests around a single table (eating lovely home cooked food introduced to us by the lodge chef). After dinner we sat outside enjoying the tranquility while watching the bats and a nightjar catch insects in the glow of the waterhole floodlight. Our accommodation was comfortable and private, set within the mature gardens looking out towards nearby hills which we walked within. Our only regret was having booked for one night only."

"The lodge sits in a beautiful valley, completely secluded and private. The rooms were private and well apointed. The food was excellent and served outside which was wonderful. The pool was lovely and the crazy golf super hard! We took a sundowner and saw springbok and zebra. The second day we rode horses up to the waterfall (dry at that time of year) which was a morning to remember. This hotel was one of the highlights of our holiday in Namibia. The hosts were very friendly and helpful."

"Far off the beaten track, nestled amongst marble mountains situated in most beautifully landscaped garden you stay in cozy bungalows that lack for nothing. Attentitive managers (Monika & Johan) were there to assist with knowledge, conversation & tips. The food was tasty & they went the extra mile for dietary restrictions."

"Unique place, you can feel your self like in time machine sended you 70-100 years to the past. At the same time is very comfortable and renewed"

"Bit long gravy road -30km. But you can see monkeys or antilopes on the way"

"Sehr freundliche Gastgeber mit vielen Tipps, Wanderwege direkt von der Lodge. Tolle Atmosphäre mitten in der Natur. Schöner Pool, schöne Häuser. Alles sehr sauber. Frühstück und Abendessen super."
