Hotel Suites Del Centro

"Een mooie plek middenin het centrum, groter dan verwacht en steeds nieuwe handdoeken en schoonmaak. Toppie, ook het grote dakterras! En hele fijne info van de receptie op vragen van ons."

"Alles is prachtig geverfd. Je wordt gewoon vrolijk van de kleuren. Het personeel was supervriendelijk en -behulpzaam. We hadden n heel grote kamer. Het dakterras is geweldig!"

"Een zeer ruim appartement, locatie is top, je zit niet midden in de drukte, maar bent met 5 minuten lopen op het grote plein. Personeel is super aardig en behulpzaam. Echt een hele fijne plek."

"Een waterkoker was fijn geweest"

"Good location close to Centro Historico and free parking next door."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities and room were very clean and well presented and it was great to have a kitchenette and a TV with cable channels. The location was also very handy to all the central attractions."

"The noise coming from the courtyard attached to the room below was a bit annoying at times. It would have been nice to get a hand with my luggage."

"Excellent staff. Great customer service. Large units."

"There was not enough pots for cooking and no dish rack which they got for us once we asked."

"Having an apartment w kitchen was very usefu to cook our breakfasts. Roof patio lovely. Very clean, great location, friendly staff. Excellent value."

"Would have been nice to have more of a view besides an outside wall and more comfortable chairs in kitchen area."

"Great location, 5 minutes from the center but isolated and more quiet. Room is huge, with kitchen hallway for sitting down, bathroom and big bedroom. The stuff are super nice and helpful, but please be aware they speak only Spanish if it is an issue for you."

"The rooms are pretty old and outdated. The shower wasn't great and the power plugs weren't located conveniently. But this is just nitpicking. This is a great place for the price."

"The staff were lovely, the room was big and quiet. There was a fridge in the room (which I’ve come to realise after multiple stays in Mexico is not always the norm) and the building was secure. It’s a great location as it’s 2 blocks from the Main Street so very close and a safe walk (solo female traveller) and in between to oxxos but far enough so you don’t have so much foot fall and traffic noise. The rooftop is a nice place to chill in the sun or shade."

"There is a note requesting we tip cleaners - which is absolutely fine but on day two they literally put the duvet over my bed (didn’t make the bed) and didn’t wash the glass and bowl I had used. I was assuming I tipped at the end of my stay so not sure if they did this because they didn’t see a daily tip but after that I decided not to tip at all because regardless, the cleaner should clean the room. Bathroom does have a slight damp smell but nothing offensive."

"The terrace with its wonderful view and comfortable seating. The front desk personnel we helpful and responsive. The location close to the Zocalo, 20 Novembre Market walking distance to Centro. Lots of purified water available for free."

"The noise of street traffic at night. The shower took too long to get warm enough. Some weird smell at times from outside through the bathroom window"
