"We hadden de kamer al via Booking betaald, maar moesten daarnaast een reservering op de creditcard accepteren van Mex$ 1.000. Dat vonden wij vreemd. De reservering is pas twee dagen na ons vertrek opgeheven, terwijl de receptiemedewerker gezegd had dat dit meteen zou gebeuren. Verder is het gebouw met de kamers nogal gehorig."

"Check in was great. Helpful with having secure parking for big rigs ( we had a van pulling a trailer) very great for dogs. awesome beach access. Best location for access to Malecon. Morning breakfast was good."

"This hotel has the most amazing views of the ocean. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner whilst looking out at sea. Happy hour margaritas were delicious! The rooms are spacious and comfortable beds. The heated swimming pool is the best to relax by. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. It is dog friendly with a few hotel dogs that wonder around the property. The staff helped us book a whale tour which was amazing as we were lucky to see many whales. I would highly recommend this place for a chilled stay."

"We loved being right on the beach near (but not on!) the malecon. The hot tub was hot and the pool was warm. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great, with good coffee and tasty options including fresh fruit, sauteed vegetables, and chilaquiles made to order. Parking was convenient."

"Everything, fabulous location, great facilities, clean,friendly, comfortable, large rooms (34).I admire the fact that the resort has adopted several wonderful dogs, they are very friendly not beggars. The restaurant was wonderful, service great the sea bass was a 10 ! Free breakfast buffet was the bomb. We watched the sunrise from the patio while having breakfast. Loreto is by far the nicest town we experienced between Mexicali and La Ventana. I will try to stay there on the way north in March if it fits the road schedule."
