Hotel Meson de Mita

"We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Meson de Mita. Het is een klein hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Bij aankomst mochten we zelfs onze kamer veranderen naar een grotere kamer. Alles was schoon en comfortabel genoeg (in verhouding met de prijs). Er was een fijn zwembad bij het hotel met een mooi uitzicht op de zee."

"The location is very nice, on the beach. Is not a 5 ⭐ but it allows you to relax and enjoy the sun. The pre-purchased breakfast was really a good idea, not a wide selection but enough to carry you through the day to dinner."

"Our room was close to the reception and the access to the restaurant. During evenings it can be quite noisy and busy, not much privacy."

"Great location with the beach right in front of the hotel. We really enjoyed the beach beds with all the palm trees right there. The pool is also great. The best of the this property is the staff, specially the female staff who checked us in, unfortunately we don’t know her name but she’s lovely. Also, the night staff, Jesus, was very accommodating and helpful with our requests."

"Breakfast was available from 8 - 1pm, good coffee, landscaped pool area, good location on beach, close to everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Very small and inconveniently organized bathroom with closet in the bathroom. Very small room. No bar fridge. Small number of pool loungers, but seemed to be enough for the number of guests."

"Fabulous location, beautiful gardens, nice beachfront restaurant on site and nearby - loved the relaxed vibe, nice breakfast too, would stay here again!!"

"Beds a little hard for our friends but fine for us, didn’t like the plastic sheet on the bed! Difficult swimming on beach in front of hotel as a bit rocky but nice public beach next door."

"We loved this little hotel. If you are looking for a haughty 5 star all inclusive, this is not the hotel for you. However, if like us you want a quiet, clean, comfortable stay, with amazing staff look no further. Pros: - Very clean, the staff was busy all day long. You can tell they have great pride in this hotel. - Quiet (except in the mornings when the street comes to life). - Comfortable, there are lots of options for lounging. Hammocks, lounge chairs by the pool and beach, lounging areas. - Staff were wonderful. They always greeted you when you walked by, they were very attentive to your needs and they made our stay comfortable. - Safe. We had absolutely no concerns about leaving our stuff on our lounge chairs on in the room."

"Cons: - No hot water in our room, although we did not complain about it. No big deal as the water was warm enough and we were usually hot anyways."

"Great location, in the middle of Punta de Mita and right on the beach. Nice pool and lounge chairs and a sandy beach with some rocks in front. Easy walk to restaurants, shops, beaches and surf board rentals."

"The marina area could do of a little clean up. A proper pathway to the pick up and drop off points to go out on boat excursions would be an improvement. The local restaurants and stores tend to cater to the high end clientele that frequent the town from the exclusive resorts nearby which means prices are inflated."

"The hotel and the staff is great. In a great position and always clean , the girls of the staff are lovely and I can’t wait to back to them."
