"Comfortabel bed, uitstekende locatie, goed uitzicht vanuit jacuzzi."

"Chagrijnig personeel, slechte WiFi, wc meteen verstopt, douche en wastafel liepen niet door. Keuken zonder pannen, bestek of borden. Niet schoon. Gym is een lachertje. Verbouwen van receptie maakte veel en vaak lawaai."

"Het appartement voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Het was niet duur en eenvoudig ingericht. Het bede was prima. Het ontbijt was inclusief en voor de prijs voldoende. Pannenkoekjes, fruit en ei naar wens. Het lag aan een drukke weg, dus verkeer hoorde je goed, maar dat was te verwachten. Fijn was dat er elke dag werd schoongemaakt."

"Het is een centraal gelegen plek, in de buurt van veel bezienswaardigheden. Het personeel is erg aardig en denkt graag mee als er iets aan de hand is. De bedden zijn comfortabel!"

"De airco koelde niet heel goed, en er kwam water uit de airco. Het ontbijt is elke dag min of meer hetzelfde: koffie/thee, vruchtensap, verse papaya, 2 pannenkoeken en daarnaast een gerecht naar keuze (chilaquiles of ei met chorizo)."

"I really enjoyed the size of the room and the kitchen. The hotel provides a box with all kitchenware for free, if you ask. My room was fully renovated and the bed was really comfortable. The location is great, just about 5-7 minutes from La Reforma."

"As I was on the top floor, I was a little surprised by the sense that the building was slightly shaking when big vehicles were passing by the road underneath. However I was told that this is normal in the area and it is safe. There is some noise from outside but again, normal for hotels in front of a big road."

"The TV didn't work in the latest room (20) and the shower doors have a gap where water spills easy. Other than this it was lovely."

"Some people at the reception were very helpful. They helped us to store our luggage for an extra day in the hotel."

"The room was not prepared for 3 people. We had to ask for an extra pillow, duvet and sheets, even though the reservation was for 3. The sofa was in a very bad condition, small, dirty, and very uncomfortable. The cleaning was not done properly. Everyday there was a lot of dust and dirt on the floor and not only. The room got hot easily as there was no ventilation, only the AC, and without it working it would have been unbearable. The people at the reception could smile more or be more proactive, it seemed that they did not want to be there. The breakfast was nothing special, would recommend doing it somewhere else."

"Location was great, walkable and easy to bike around, lots of food options and transit close by. Clean enough. Gave us water every day which was nice, but no place to refill bottles"

"Very noisy, from the street and from other rooms and the hallways. No insulation from sounds of hotel or other rooms. Shower was only passable, it was cold a few times and pressure was very low. Bed was large but very springy, so could feel other person moving around. Kitchen in room, but have to get all cups/ forks/pots etc on request from front desk."

"Great location and a nice big room with even a little kitchen. They also have bikes you can use for free!"
