"Everything! The ambience is fabulouse and it looks surreal with the interior designs. A well thoight out place. Kudos to the interior designer. The staff were friendly but only one could speak English. The management should consider having a bilingual staff ready to help foreign visitors."
"The bathtub and hand sink. It was not washed. I know a washed bathroom when I see one."
"We stayed in a Luxury Queen Room on the top floor that looked out over C. Joaquin Angulo. The room was plenty big enough and had a small balcony. It was a wonderfully "gothic" experience with an anti-room for the wardrobe and our bags. The bathroom was fine albeit with no window. The hotel reception staff were very friendly, ditto the breakfast server. The breakfast was good although basically the same on each of the 3 days. The wifi was good and allowed us to check emails and listen to Radio Caroline's internet broadcasts. The roof terrace was huge and we never saw anybody else on it. Indeed, the hotel was very quiet."
"On the middle day the cleaner forgot to clean our room and replenish the water bottle but they were maybe called away on an emergency? The receptionist gave me replacement water when I went down and explained."
