"Friendly staff, good meals, including some local dishes and Malawian drinks (a plus!), and a wealth of options for breakfast. The room was neat and beautifully decorated. Comfortable bed, with a view to the internal garden that was soothing after a day's work. I felt welcomed."

"The hotel was slow in responding to questions I posted in the Booking's system. As a result, there was an issue with my pick up in the airport."

"The Breakfast is vast, with many options, and changes daily so it doesn't get boring. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and the reception is efficient and quick. The location is great, with many Taxi Options. The gardens are kept well, and walking through the premises is a pleasure."

"The sliding windows are GREAT, But there is no screen, so you can't leave it open at night, as mosquitoes come in! The food at the restaurant is overpriced, to be honest! The Wi-Fi was bad. My TV in the room had a problem, which was never resolved."

"On the first night, the meal I ordered was disappointing. However, when I ordered the same dish on my next night, it exceeded my expectations and was quite good. Regrettably, the air conditioner was dripping, causing the carpet to become soggy."
