Tijdens een stopover in het W Maldives geniet u van de uitnodigende blauwe wateren, de prachtige koraalriffen en de witte stranden van de Malediven. Union-betaling wordt geaccepteerd en het meertalige medewerkers staat voor u klaar bij eventuele vragen. KITCHEN serveert een internationaal menu en bij FIRE zijn barbecuegerechten verkrijgbaar. Het specialiteitenrestaurant FISH is boven de Indische Oceaan gebouwd en verzorgt vismaaltijden. Bij SIP zijn cocktails en een verscheidenheid aan drankjes verkrijgbaar. Het W Maldives is gevestigd op een privé-eiland in de noordelijke Ari-atol, op 1,5 uur varen met de speedboot of op 25 minuten met het watervliegtuig vanaf de internationale luchthaven van Malé. Op de internationale luchthaven van Malé vindt u een W Lounge.

"we had the full board deal, thank god. all food and drinks are overpriced. same as all extras. the final bill for the extras may be almost as the B&B bill. it is understandable that in an isolated place things are more expensive, thou it smells a little bit of taking an advantage. one thing I did not like is that the pictures of the villa showed by booking.com on my choice of villa were not for the villa we got. they in fact show the 2 br villa pictures (with the round pool) for every villa they sell but there is only one or 2 of those and not for the price advertised. in true honesty if they showed the real villa we got i may have chosen another property. overall the island is beautiful and the reef too, restaurants are good, breakfast too. But I did not get what I saw in the pictures. The resort is quite old and is getting ready to be restructured."
