Dar il-Hena

"Wij hadden een zeer fijn verblijf in Dar il-Hena. We werden hartelijk onthaald door Joseph. Het huis oogt op de foto's kleiner dan het in werkelijkheid is, wij hadden het gevoel in een klein kasteel te zijn terecht gekomen :) Alles was kraaknet en lakens en handdoeken waren voorzien. Ondanks dat de luchthaven best wel dichtbij is, heb je hier binnen totaal geen last van."

"I had a wonderful stay at 26, Dar il-Hena in Żurrieq. The house is absolutely beautiful – a traditional Maltese stone home full of charm and character, yet equipped with all the modern comforts one might need. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. Joseph, the host, is exceptionally kind and welcoming. He made sure I had everything I needed and was always available for any questions. You can really feel the hospitality and care he puts into the place. The location is peaceful and authentic, perfect for those who want to enjoy the real Malta, yet still close to beautiful coastal views and local amenities. I highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for comfort, authenticity, and a warm Maltese welcome. I would definitely come back! 🌟✨"

"The location was perfect for us as we had an early flight. The apartment is spacious and cozy. The host Joseph is very kind, he had provided water, coffee and tea and gave us tips on how to get to the airport early in the morning. I would definitely recommend, especially for a longer stay."

"Very clean, attention to little details like water bottles in the fridge and large fans helping to cool us down after a hot journey. Very helpful owner and rare parking spot right outside house. Will definitely book again."

"The kitchen was well equipped. We had 2 climatics one of each bedrooms but the living room was without air condition what was really hot. The bus station is very closed to the apartment. Public transportation is usually well organized. Unfortunately at the time of our travel we had a kind of festival week took place therefore the public transportation on that location were completely out of Control."

"I’m not really sure was it due to festival week or it was a common activity but we got highly disturbing noises by petards/ cannon shots. This was unexpectedly loud even inside the apartment even with closed condition of Windows/doors. That was not so funny especially to my son. Over on that the very hoz living room was not so comfortable."
