"Service van hotel personeel was uitstekend. Zeer behulpzaam en ontzettend vriendelijk. Hele goeie restaurants in de de shoppingmall aanwezig. Heerlijke golfslag bad . Deze is altijd druk bezocht. Je moet wel rond 10.00 uur al daar gaan omdat er anders geen strandstoel meer beschikbaar is."

"The room was good and comfortable. Most were good. The bell boy Richard at the luggage storage was kind enough to assist us to the shuttle bus area as we were travelling with children. The place is good and the facilities is good. It is a nice place"

"The hotel side was superb but we had a bad experience at the casino. Our cards did not register any loyalty points even after playing for some time due to malfunction cards. Not sure I was wrong but the customer service who registered us told us for new member we will get a free hotel stay. It would be nice if there was a free hotel stay on our next trip but the overall experience is good"

"Fabulous facilities, well designed and meticulously maintained. A really delightful experience for the whole family. The wave pool, swimming pools, lazy river, water slides and children's playground kept my family happy and well entertained.
