"We booked our stay here on a bit of a whim and as soon as we walked into the room wished we had booked longer than 1 night! The room was absolutely stunning and so much more impressive than it looked in the photos, the bathroom had a lovely spa bath. Location was very central and it was a lovely spot to explore the strip on foot and grab a meal at one of the many restaurants nearby. Staff were extremely helpful in assiting us to book a limo service to the ferry terminal on our departure & catching the coach on arrival at the terminal was also very easy."

"There was fan noise that ran all night that we couldn't seem to turn off and therefore unfortunately interupted our sleep."

Conrad Macau has all the facilities like: swimming pools, proper gym, sauna & also steam &, dry sauna. Especially thanks to the lady, Langma who is working at the Health club. "Room is very spacious. Large queen size beds with many pillows to choose from. Double wash basins and strong shower head in the toilet. Thick towels, very clean housekeeping. Good toiletries provided in the toilet. Welcome gift was a bonus. The reception and concierge staff were all very helpful and polite.This was my 3rd stay in Conrad and it has not disappointed me with it's high quality service"

The staff has excellent service, they were very helpful, they paid attention very detail, but the level of service provided and helpfulness goes beyond anything that I have experienced it’s even better than some of the five star hotels that I’ve been. "The staff were excellent at every point you encountered them. E.g. Eve, at reception, overheard us talking about our next destination and offered us recommendations on transport. The man at the lift lobby spotted we were checking out and guided us to the express check out. The room was spacious. There were nice touches everywhere e.g. the nespresso in the room included some decaf selection, the gym had infused water and washed apples, they put chocolates in our room in the evening with a handwritten note. In terms of location, this is perfect for the casino/resort side of Macao, with shuttle buses to and from other parts of Cotai and the various transport points in and out of Macao."

"For the price I would have expected breakfast to be included. And there was a long line to get a table. But overall, I would definitely consider staying again if visiting Cotai."
