"The apartment is new, fully equiped. The location is exceptional, it is 30m from the lake and the main walkable street. There are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. In front of the apartment there is free parking which meant a lot since it is very hard to find a parking in the city center. The host is very kind and helpful.
