"It is a good basic hotel. It is simple but clean and have great location in Marigot. There is not much to do in Marigot day time so I would recommend exploring other areas of the island, with either buses or by car. A must is to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, it was one of the best restaurants we ate at during our 2,5 weeks stay."

"We chose this hotel because we wanted to be in walking distance to restaurants and experience the capital of St. Martin. The hotel is located within a gorgeous restaurant. Our room is facing the courtyeard where the restaurant is. The staff were amazing. Thank you Belen & Emily at the front desk, who have given us many great tips about the buses and beach route. They are always smiling and so friendly. The food at the restaurant is outstanding, if you have a chance to dine-in. The hotel gives a special coupon for a free drink. The bed was very comfortable, AC works great at night, hot shower and daily housekeeping. Overall it was exactly what we are hoping for!"

"The other reviews were correct about the towels. They only provide two bath towels. Bring extra face cloths with you if that is not sufficient. The room is smaller than we thought, but it is comfortable."

"Nice hotel. We have a small kitchen in our room. The breakfast (buffet) was really nice: bread and stuff on it, cheese, meat cuts, fruits, yogurts and cereals with drinks. Breakfast costs 10 dollars pro person but if you pay it with the price for a room they change it to 10 euros."

"The hotel doesn't have its own parking thus you should search for a place on the street, which is difficult."

"Very nice hotel, with a lovely courtyard where you can have your breakfast. Breakfast is good organised with fresh bread, croissants and fruit and lots more. You can also have dinner here, which I highly recommend. Compliments for Larra, she was really helpful and attentive."

"Room was very clean and bed very confortable. Recently renovated. Wifi works well. Late in the evening the main gate is locked and you get a key to open it. There's a cafeteria and restaurant within the hotel courtyard. Reception staff is super nice and helpful - Belem in particular. Across the street from the hotel there is a nice supermarket and lovely French bistrot. Plenty of shops around. I felt very safe in that neighborhood. To the waterfront it's a 10 min walk."

"There is no elevator and to go up to the first floor you have about 18 steps. The hotel is so nice though that it is worth it, so don't let these steps put you off."
