"Een unieke ervaring in een authentieke riad. De tuin is ingericht als restaurant. De kamers zijn heel ruim en kijken uit op de binnenplaats. Je hebt boven een zalig terras met zicht op de uitbundige vegetatie van de tuin. Op het dakterras zijn er ook zitplekken en overzie je de stad."

"De kamers waren heel mooi, net als de riad. Er is een restaurant aan verbonden waar je lekker kan eten. De locatie midden in de medina en toch heel rustig. Het meeste personeel was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk."

"Het andere personeels(lid). Maar goed, hij had het soms wat te druk vermoed ik. Ik sliep er 3 nachten en kreeg eerst een kamer toebedeeld, maar na 1 nacht moest ik verhuizen naar een andere (waarvoor ik had betaald maar dan had ik liever van in het begin mijn juiste kamer gehad). Mooie tuin (het restaurant) , waarin je kan ontbijten, enkel als gast."

"Building needs a little bit of maintenance- some lights didn’t work, and the floor in our room was slightly collapsed and had loose tiles."

"The room had gorgeous wood work and a high ceiling, very spacious and comfortable, water was hot and the heater kept everything warm. I'm not a breakfast person, so i really apreciated the fresh orange juice and the tasty bowl of fruits. Staff were super nice and helpful. It was very rainy so we didn't get to enjoy the garden that much, they had open fire and heaters though"

"Reception was outside our room so we could listen when late guests made their check-in, went up the stairs and closed their windows. We stayed during winter, we were wearing warm clothes but the breakfast room was kind of cold, even with the heaters."

"This Riad - with it's fabulous garden/restaurant - is a great place to stay in the heart of the medina. The rooms are very spacious and atmospheric; so are the terraces and the little library/chillroom. We loved the colorful en authentic furniture. The staff was very helpful and nice and the breakfast and dinners were so good that we didn't look elsewhere. The medina in Fez is the true Morocco and a world in itself. We hope to return one day."

"Location fab and staff welcoming. The riad is really beautifully decorated throughout with wonderful traditional Moroccan artworks and decorative carvings. Breakfast was delicious and a generous start to the day. We ate at the adjoining Ruined Garden restaurant every evening during our 3 night stay and enjoyed lovely flavoursome local food."

"Really really stunning - like staying in a palace. Oh and there's a tortoise who lives in the garden. If you're looking for directions, follow the signs to the RUINED GARDEN, the Riad is attached to the restaurant."

"It was like going back in the past. There is a lot of history at this place, our family enjoyed it. It was very bizarre in a good way. Breakfast was good. The hosts were very helping, thank you guys! Restaurants also magical and a great addition."
