"Heerlijk, ruim, schoon, comfortabel appartement met schitterende tuin en architectuur. Echt een oase van rust in de drukke stad. Het zwembad was ook heerlijk. Daar hing een gemoedelijke sfeer met Marokkaanse families. De bedden waren beter (minder hard) dan alle andere bedden tijdens onze reis en Imane was altijd beschikbaar. We zouden hier 100% zeker opnieuw naartoe gaan en raden het appartement dus ook zeker aan aan volgende gasten. Dank nogmaals, Imane!"

"Er hing in het hele appartment een rookgeur, vermoedelijk van eerdere gasten. Imane bracht wel meteen een geurspray toen we dit meldden, maar de geur bleef toch wat hangen. Dat vonden we minder prettig. Maar alsnog was onze algehele indruk erg positief."

"The house owner is kind and try to help what I need She helped me park and gave me detailed directions to the grocery store and shopping mall The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and had a garden and a swimming pool, so my family could enjoy their time leisurely It's a great location with a shopping mall and pharmacy within a 2-minute walk"

"Gardens were lovely and the area was very quiet. Within minutes walk to M Avenue and 15 mins walk to Menara Mall that had a Carre supermarket ( which sold european items ) . Our apartment was very spacious and extremely clean. We had Netflix! Bed was slightly too hard for me but still comfortable. Lovely bathrooms . Great aircon throughout the apartment and lovely views of the gardens ."

"Contact with the host was not a great start so I was waiting around to check in . She was very friendly and helpful once we met . Once in the apartment I was told that I hadn’t paid for the stay ( although it was a non refundable booking which I booked in April 2025 so there was a moment of confusion ) so Then ten mins later I was told that the pool has a leak and can’t be used . That part was so disappointing and I wanted to have a day of relaxing around the pool before heading back to the UK . There are a lot of stray cats at the property so it’s not for the ones who want to rescue them as there are too many and the local residents don’t like you feeding them ."

"Central location in Hivernage. Nicely furnished. On quiet road. General maintenance of building excellent. Very nice pool and sunbathing area. Pool towel provided. Walking distance from Supermarket, Bank and Restaurants. 5 minutes to the Medina by taxi."

"Nothing. Only criticisms. Please supply proper large tea/coffee mugs instead of traditional glasses. Please supply some ovenproof dishes for those who want to cook and eat in. There was nothing to cook or serve food in except pans. Netflix is provided on the TV but would be nice to have access to normal TV channels.,"

"Fantastic, comfortable home away from home. The apartment was clean and well equipped and perfect for my daughter who is in a wheelchair - she was able to manage in a big, walk in shower too. The pool was lovely with comfortable beds and umbrellas to hide from the sun. The neighbourhood was safe with a lots of (expensive) restaurants and cafes a short walk away at Avenue M."

"The apartment was spotless, comfortable and stylish and very spacious. Lovely swimming pool. If you intended to eat at the apartment you would need to ask for plates etc, which I’m sure they would be happy to provide."

"A little too far from the Medina for us, but would suit a lot of people. Close to some cafes in Hivernage however. Exterior of building needs a lick of paint."

Also with access to large swimming pool"

"Absolutely beautifully decorated and renovated apartment. Wonderful furniture and facilities. Exceptionally comfortable bed with high quality monogrammed linen. A very apartment overlooking a manicured garden near a vibrant collection of boutique restaurants and designer shops."

"This is a superb place to stay in Marrakech. A stones throw from the Movenpick hotel. Very well located with easy ground floor access. There is nothing not to like."
