Dit eigentijdse en aangenaame residentie biedt een ongestoorde en afverankerd locatie naast het bos, op slechts 300 m van de oevers van de Baltische Zee. Het biedt gratis toegang tot het strand. Minhauzena Unda wordt omgeven door pijnbomen en rododendrons en ligt in de bekende badplaats Saulkrasti. Het beschikt over een café, een sauna, een speeltuin en avant-gardistische conferentiefaciliteiten. De knusse nesten zijn voorzien van een televisie en een douche. Minhauzena Unda is vernoemd naar Baron Munchausen (Münchhausen), beroemd om zijn hoge verhalen over zijn avonturen. Hij is een lange tijd in Letland. Een museum gewijd aan hem ligt op 15 km afstand en is een van de meest bezochte musea in Letland. U kunt daarnaast de grootste tentoonstelling van schoeners in de Baltische landen zien.

"A quiet, clean, simple, pleasant place, excellent for that price. The hotel is located in private territory with free parking, the beach is just across the street. The staff was very friendly and non-disturbing. If you want just to have a place near the sea to get some sleep and shower - you should come. Also, at the territory we found a lot of places with tables to rest and make some BBQ."
