Rooms are slightly smaller than average, but carefully designed for comfort and efficiency. Each double room includes a spacious 1.8-meter-wide king-size bed, a private bathroom with shower, soft high-quality towels, and selected toiletries. A fast and stable fiber-optical Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the logement, free of charge. An Express Breakfast is available for only €6.50, with optional egg dish add-ons to suit all needs. For early departures, an express breakfast can be served from 4:00 AM upon request. Free street parking is available nearby, and secure parking is offered for €6 per night. The boetiekhotel is committed to sustainability, using 100% renewable energy for heating, hot water, and LED lighting. There is no air conditioning, but an eco-friendly ventilation system helps keep the rooms cool in summer, especially with the naturally fresh night air. Only environmentally friendly cleaning products and 100% cotton bed linen are used to reduce the verblijfplaats’s ecological impact. "Schone en goede kamer waar alles aanwezig was. Wel wat kleiner dan sommige andere hotelkamers, maar voor iemand die alleen reist is dat geen enkel probleem. Voor nog geen €100 voor 3 nachten is dit zeker een aanrader. Het is ook fijn dat er 24/7 iemand aan de balie is."
"Soms kan het erg gehorig zijn en 1x ging er 's avonds laat een alarm af van één van de andere deuren op de gang wat lang aanbleef. Aangezien het gehorig kan zijn is dat vervelend als iemand probeert te slapen. De andere nachten heb ik daar geen problemen mee gehad."

"Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice, large bathroom. And we were greeted with champagne! In addition, the host is very responsive and quick to get in touch. Great place for up to 3 people! There were four of us and we stayed there for over a week, most nights just two or three of us slept there. The couple nights though, when all four of us slept in the accommodation, became very cramped, but the host warned us about it, although a few nights are not a big problem. In any case, I would not recommend to take this apartment longer for a night or two, if you are 4 people, and all of you plan to actually sleep there, and good night sleep is what you are seeking for - otherwise - one of the finest choices to explore Valmiera to the fullest! :)"

"I loved everything about this place, location is perfect, if you're traveling by train or autobus 10-15 mins walk maximum. You don't have to worry about groceries, small mini-mart is 3 mins walk away with everything you may need, If you arrive late and the mini mart is closed,you can always grab something to eat at Circle-K gas station open 24hrs. If your stay is short and you want to explore Valmiera, you may have to come again, because once you enter the apartment, you won't want to go outside. It's so nice and cozy and equipped with everything. On my stay I didn't go outside once. I highly recommend this place."
