"Treasure Rock in Kirinda was voor ons pure rust. Je zit in een stille, groene cocon met een mooie tuin en zwembad en je wandelt zo naar de zee.  Wat het echt uitzonderlijk maakt is het eten. Het voelde alsof we een bijna privé chef-kok hadden: elke maaltijd vers, verfijnd en prachtig gepresenteerd, met een diner setting die ’s avonds extra sfeervol is.  De service is warm, attent en persoonlijk, zonder opdringerig te zijn. Absolute aanrader. "

"De accommodatie is prachtig gedecoreerd. Het ligt in een mooie tuin met een mooi zwembad. Er wordt heerlijk gekookt voor je en ook het ontbijt is lekker. Wij vonden het mooier dan verwacht."

"Fantastic Villa with pool in the nowhere to explore pure nature at the rough cost. The ocean is amazing for walks and the nearby river with rice fields has many birds, monkeys and big "salti"-crocodiles - take care:) In Kirirnda is nothing but a very nice temple on the rocks. The villa´s garden is beautiful, and you get every evening a outside diner with a safari fireplace atmosphere. Amazing Staff - so freindly and heartfelt!"

"A wonderful wonderful property, Beautifully styled with art, books and antique furniture, has the feel and ambience of a rather grand but cosy private Villa. The staff are particularly kind and attentive, and the chef is really a top class chef, food worthy of a starred London restaurant. The owner has a few other Villa hotels and based on our stay here, we went to another of her hotels, Villa Vista in Haputale - One of the most magical places we have ever stayed. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, just brilliant and urge you to find others in the same group"

"This a lovely small hotel with only 4 well appointed rooms. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Falmy and his staff were extremely kind and helpful and made our 2 night stay a very pleasant stay. We were staying at the hotel on a half board basis and had delicious evening mealsand breakfasts. Many of the dishes were Sri Lankan specialities which we were very happy to enjoy. The hotel does not serve alcohol so we went to the new resort across the road which is on the beach and had some cocktails."

"De hutjes zijn super dichtbij yala np, waardoor er dus wel wat beestjes in je hut kunnen komen. Voor ons geen probleem. De eigenaar was supervriendelijk, hij doet alles om het naar je zin te maken!! En hij kookt zelf ook lekker sri lankaans eten! Aanrader!"

"Midden in de jungle werden we vriendelijk onthaald en verwend met een diner bij kaarslicht en kampvuur. Vroeg in de ochtend 5.00 uur stond de koffie klaar voordat we op safari gingen. Bij terugkomst een heerlijk ontbijt. En alles met een glimlach. Maak het mee, het is de moeite waard."

"Makkelijk aan te rijden locatie dichtbij het Yale national park. Heerlijk rustig, leuk zwembad met vriendelijk personeel. Het eten dat voor ons bereidt werd was goed. De kamers zijn kaal, maar prima met een eigen badkamer en toilet. De bedden waren wel erg hard. Wij waren erg tevreden. Bedankt!"

De gids Asela was heel interessant om naar te luisteren en was perfect op de hoogte van alle fauna en flora in het park, kortom een aanrader!"
