"Vriendelijke gastheer. Centraal gelegen tussen mooie stranden. Goede restaurants in de buurt. Bij het ontwaken, geluid van de golven en mooi zicht op surfers, vissers en Parrot Rock. Een goeie douche. Geen warm water, maar dat vond ik niet erg."

"Komt niet helemaal overeen met beoordeling van booking. Geen privé strand, maar wel mooie stranden op 1 minuutje stappen, dus moet aangepast worden. De bar naast de guesthouse was 's avonds soms luidruchtig. Maar ja, dat moet je erbij nemen. Aan de kust zijn er meer toeristen, is het sowieso levendiger dan in binnenland. Besluit, zeker de moeite waard om er te boeken."

"Twee weken lang ontzettend naar mn zin gehad op een plek direct aan zee. De eigenaar is oprecht, vriendelijk, meedenkend en doet alles om je verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te maken. Van kleine details tot speciale verzoeken — niets is teveel gevraagd. De sfeer is relaxed, het uitzicht prachtig. Een absolute aanrader voor wie Mirissa bezoekt."

"Super locatie! Lekker uitzicht op de baai met 100m links en rechts stranden. We dachten dat we direct aansloten op het strand maar dat is niet meer zo. Er zijn nu rotsen geplaatst en er is een wandelpad. Geen probleem maar wellicht goed om te weten. Hele aardige eigenaar en we hebben een heerlijke 3 dagen gehad. Veel verschillende restaurants en barretjes nabij."

"This property is great value for money. The location is fantastic, right on the beach and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. We borrowed a snorkel and walked 5 mins to see turtles on the beach. Nimesh was a kind host and was available when needed."

"The only issue was a restaurant nextdoor playing music until about 23:30. We spoke to the restaurant and they turned the music down second night."

"The loation of this property is incredibly you can see both Parrot rock and coconut hill and the property is located in the middle of them. It was a highlight of my stay being able to see them both from outside my room. The host was very friendly and gave me lots of information on the area when checking in which was super helpful."

"The restaurant/ bar around the property played music loudly until 11.30/12am which made sleeping difficult i could also hear the people next door having conversation very clearly. I sleep with ear plugs in and could hear both of these even with them in so that would be something to be wary of. But I would still stay here again because of its location."

"Perfect little place just outside the center of Mirissa. Well worth the price with the sea view. Had everything we needed including AC. Very close to restaurants both for breakfast and lunch/dinner."

"WOW - we were so, so impressed with this find!!! Best accommodation of the trip by far! Unreal location - you can step right out of your room and onto the beach, plus you’re surrounded by all the best restaurants. The host was so lovely and helpful, providing dinner and beach recommendations too. The room was clean, comfortable, aircon worked a charm. Highly, highly recommend + crazy affordable!"

"Wow! This place was the perfect spot which was the envy of all who passed by, the photos do not do it justice. Mirissa was a chaotic place and we definitely wouldn’t not have enjoyed our stay as much if we weren’t staying here. The Beachfront access was amazing and the newly-installed air conditioning in our rooms was a pleasant surprise. However, the best thing about our stay was our host Nimesh. Nimesh was incredibly friendly, helpful and personable. He gave us great advice about the area and was always free for a friendly chat. He helped us do our laundry for a great price too. Our only regret was not being able to go fishing with him due to the wind. Next time!"
