"yes it was easy to get he keys as Dovone the hosts mother personally came to drop them off. The place is easily searchable on google maps also. So if you don't have a sim card its fine, just ask the taxi drive to go there and show google maps from airport wifi, its only 15 minutes away. We has a slight hiccup as the remote control didn't work (so do check that) but the good news was Devone came back and replaced the key remote. The place is great, you get your own apartment, separate kitchen and separate living areas, there are three apartments i was in number three."
"The location is just magical at the lakeside just as the pictures show. Dene is mastering being a host. Nothing is to much always willing to help and arrange things. As an Australian in laos he learned to understand the country and gained a lot of knowledge which he is really willing to share. Due to illness we had to stay an extra night, which was no problem at all, food and medicine was arranged by him. If you're looking for a lazy first stop or a relaxing last stop in Laos, this is the place to be."

"Excellent, wonderful stay. Location is great. Guesthouse is super clean and comfortable. Room was huge and bed really comfy. The owner is like an angel. We even did some washing. Our bikes got locked up at night. Night market walkable. This is a wonderful city and we would have stayed longer if time permitted. Definately recommended."
