"Strategic location. Along main road Dostyk Ave with many shops and amenities nearby. Direct bus route to Shymbulak and other attractions. Apartment is clean with towels, utensils, cutlery provided. Host is very friendly. Heater and aircon in good condition. Will meet in person during our arrival and departure."

"Traffic noise from main road can be resolved by closing windows. To also note need to climb stairs. Mattress can be more firm but may be a personal preference."

"Bed mattress quality is bad. We cudnt sleep on it ultimately two of us squeezed into the single sofa bed. And I had to adjust on the queen bed. Water stopped coming 30min before departure so we couldn’t bathe The toilet and bathroom are separate and there is no wash basin outside, so after toilet the person will immediately need the bathroom. So both whilst being separate can only be used by one person at a time, almost."

"Отличная квартира с современным ремонтом. Отличные шампунь, кондиционер и гель для душа. Удобная кровать, кухня оборудована всем необходимым. Дом расположен на проспекте Достык с оживленным движением, практически напротив памятника Абаю. Поскольку в спальне есть кондиционер, мы спали с закрытыми окнами. Напротив дома расположен ресторан национальной кухни Navat, где можно вкусно и недорого покушать. По проспекту Достык можно доехать до канатной дороги на Шимбулак (автобус 12). Квартиру рекомендую."

"Дом старый, до квартиры нужно идти по галерее. Лифта нет, нужно два раза подняться по ступенькам - сначала на второй этаж на галерею, потом, в подъезде, на третий этаж."

"The host was extremely nice and I was able to pay with credit card on the spot. This was the number 1 thing I needed because I did not want to exchange money at the airport to pay. Second the wifi was perfect I was able to work from home and do zoom calls for work. Next, there are many nice restaurants nearby. The apartment is very well located."

"There are 2 things to note that if you are OK with you will have a good experience. First there is no elevator. So if you cannot move luggage up 2 flights of stairs this will be an issue. Its a minor inconvience as long as you know what you are getting yourself into. The second the apartment is located near a busy street. It didn't bother me but would be bad for a lite sleeper"
