Pillowsopher Hongdae

"Wij vonden dit een hele fijne kamer! Inchecken ging makkelijk ondanks dat het zonder personeel was. We kwamen eerder op de dag aan en konden rond 13:30 al inchecken, wat super fijn was na een lange vlucht! ‘s Ochtends kon je je handdoeken en prullenbak buiten je deur zetten, en dan eerder deze vervangen en geleegd. Ook werd er 1x tijdens ons bezoek onze badkamer en lakens schoongemaakt. Personeel reageerde super snel op berichten via Booking! Op een van de laatste dagen was het automatische rolgordijn kapot gegaan op onze kamer, en na een berichtje te hebben gestuurd werd het dezelfde dag gefixt! Locatie is ook heel fijn! De Hongik University halte zit op ongeveer 5 minuten lopen vanaf het hotel, en dat is een groot station waar de metro vanaf het vliegveld stopt en veel tours zoals de DMZ tours vertrekken. Kortom, ik zou deze kamer zeker aanraden!"

"De kamer was heel netjes en comfortabel. Alles was aanwezig, jammer dat het maar voor 1 nacht was. De douche was perfect, het bed lag heerlijk, alles was uitstekend!"

"It was one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in Seoul. Although there is no staff in the hostel they respond immediately on your inquiries. The room isn’t big but it’s really clean and has all the basic amenities that you need ."

"Communication was purely online, and whilst they were responsive, not having a front desk was a little difficult given we arrived at random times and needed to leave at a random time, but nothing we couldn’t figure out"

"There's no division between shower and toilet, shower is closer to the entrance door. The whole room is wet when you take a shower."
